Myth: Muscle weighs more than fat

Myth: Heavy weights make women wide
Women simply do not produce enough testosterone to transform into a muscle bundle. Weightlifting is often blamed for a heavier look, but that would be only an illusion, simply because there are not enough extra body fat that is eliminated. Though heavier weights and thus extra muscle means a faster metabolism.
