  1. Too little sleep

It sounds like a truism, but maybe you just get too little sleep. That every night you must sleep at least eight hours, is a myth. Everyone has a different sleep need: one is already rested after six hours, the other could use nine hours of sleep. Eight hours is well for about two-thirds of the people. If you sleep less than you need, then you notice that during the day. You feel tired and will struggle to concentrate.

Put sleep higher on your priority list. Go to bed at a set time and do this on a regular time again. Don’t take laptops, phones and televisions to your bedroom, because in a dark room you sleep better.

  1. Dehydration
